Bike Rental & Rider Usage

Yes, our bikes are suitable for outstation trips including Ladakh, Spiti, Manali, and more. Inform us in advance so we can prepare the bike accordingly.
Yes, all bikes are covered with basic third-party insurance. Any accident-related expenses beyond insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
No, we do not provide permits. Riders are responsible for arranging any necessary local or border permits.
Pay, Ride, Refund — Everything You Need to Know
A refundable deposit is required during pickup. The amount varies depending on the bike model and is refunded upon damage-free return.
Cancel > 7 days before pickup: 90% refund.
Cancel 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
Cancel <3 days before: No refund.
Refunds via Razorpay may take 5–10 business days.
Yes, we accept international payments through Razorpay in multiple currencies.
No. Fuel is the renter’s responsibility. Bikes are provided with minimum fuel and must be returned with the same level.
Helmets, riding jackets, gloves, rainwear, luggage bags, and knee guards are available for rent at additional cost.
Yes. Free servicing is included after every 4000–5000 km. If you’re on a long trip, let us know and we’ll guide you to a service point.
Yes, rescheduling is allowed once, with 3-day prior notice and is subject to availability.
Yes, within Delhi, doorstep delivery and pickup are available at an additional charge. Advance notice is required.
A 30-minute grace period is allowed. Beyond that, hourly charges will apply as per the rental agreement.
Yes, but no refund is issued for unused days.
Call us immediately. We offer phone assistance and roadside support. In major breakdowns, we will help arrange alternatives or retrieval.
The renter is fully responsible for traffic violations, accident-related costs, and any bike damage during the rental period.
In case of theft or loss, the renter is liable to pay the full current market value of the bike, along with any legal or towing expenses.
Lost or damaged gear (helmet, jacket, luggage, etc.) will be charged at actual replacement cost.
